リンカーン郡（リンカーンぐん、英: Lincoln County）は、アメリカ合衆国ウィスコンシン州の北部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は28,743人であり、2000年の29,641人から3.0％減少した。郡庁所在地はメリル市（人口9,661人）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。
地理
アメリカ合衆国国勢調査局に拠れば、郡域全面積は907平方マイル (2,350 km2)であり、このうち陸地883平方マイル (2,290 km2)、水域は24平方マイル (62 km2)で水域率は2.62％である。
